Computer System Requirements
- I only use TeamViewer to support Windows XP, Vista, 7 & 8
- Flash Player needs to work. If you use Internet Explorer or Firefox and have a Flash Problem, try using Google Chrome.
To Initiate a Remote Control Session
- I will call you at the phone number you provided when you booked your appointment at the appointed time.
- Then I will direct you to this webpage to click the blue button below to download the remote control software.
- Once Team Viewer is running on your computer, provide me with your TeamViewer ID and Password.
